Standon Open Gardens 2012

Standon Open Gardens are preparing for another year of activity. “We have gardens planning their planting so as to be attractive to their visitors, despite what the weather may throw at them.”

Alan Bowell

Sadly Alan Bowell lost his battle against cancer.  He did a wonderful job for the Standon & Puckeridge Hospital Transport Scheme arranging drivers to take people to hospital and the surgery. His widow, Rita, has managed to keep the scheme going during the last few months.  She is now looking forward someone to take over this vital job.  If you are able to help, please contact Edwina on 01279 842422.
