The Locality Panel Meeting for the villages to the East side of the A10 was held on Wednesday 13th January 2010 and the objectives for The Buntingford Safer Neighbourhood Team to Police for the next 3 months were set. They are:
1. HARECOURSING - villages from ANSTEY through to BRAUGHING
2. SPEEDING - A120 Standon and B1368 through villages
3. FLYTIPPING - in and around all villages
If you see a group of men with lurcher type dogs in a field, there is the very real chance they are harecoursing. Please ring 999 immediately if you see this happening or 0845 33 00 222 if you think it has happened. The police need descriptions of persons involved, any vehicles used and locations.
