A120 Petition

The A120 passes through both villages with the load and speed of traffic at increasingly dangerous levels. There needs to be real enforcement of speed limits and some means of providing traffic breaks in the traffic flow to enable safe turning onto the main road through the villages. Recent safety measures have had a limited effect. A Committee, representing the residents of Puckeridge and Standon, has been formed to press Hertfordshire County Council to commit to a future by-pass and a petition has been created - http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/StandonA120
